Gabriel holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a Master in Urban Economics from the Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT). He is the current coordinator of the Urban Environmental Plan of the City of Buenos Aires, a consultant for the IDB and the World Bank, and Co-Chair of the T20 on climate change and environmental issues.
He has been director of CIPPEC's Cities Program and directed the Metro Lab initiative course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2018. He is director of the Postgraduate course on Metropolitan Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the UBA.
He is co-editor of the seminal publication on metropolitan matters: "Metropolitan Governance: Governing Metropolises for Sustainable Urban Development" (IDB, 2019).
He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors as well as in civil society on issues of program design, public policies on urban and territorial development as well as environment, inclusion, collaborative economy, urban mobility and governance.
He is a lecturer and researcher for several Latin American universities and lecturer in numerous national and international conferences.
Micaela holds a degree in Architecture from Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT), a Diploma in Bases and Tools for the Integrated Management of Climate Change awarded jointly by the National University of Jujuy, the National University of Quilmes and the National Ministry of Environment in Argentina and a Diploma in Cities and Public Policies by the UTDT.
She has worked as technical assistant at the Secretariat of Urban Infrastructure of the Ministry of Interior, Public Works and Housing of the Argentine government, assisting provincial and municipal governments in the country's Northwest for the development, execution and supervision of infrastructure projects in capital cities as well as in small urbanizations in the interior of the provinces.
Micaela directed her career towards urban planning and sustainable development of cities through different national (FADU, UBA) and international (HSMI, Delhi, India) courses.
Federico holds a Master in Urban Economics with a specialization in Data Science from the Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT). His thesis focused on the way Covid-19 affected remote work practices and its impact on decentralization.
He previously obtained his Bachelor in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He writes about urban issues for several major publications in Buenos Aires in both English and Spanish.
